2013 brought so many new things, it’s hard to even remember them all. To start, I took the winter off to focus on wedding planning… that’s right friends – I’M GETTING MARRIED!!! For those of you that don’t know, my handsome fiance proposed to me on the beach last May. It’s been a long year of planning and decision making, but I can successfully say we are almost through the thick of it. The date is set for June 1st – just a couple months away! That’s why you won’t see many show dates into April and May, as this is crunch time. After the honeymoon, however, there are plenty of summer shows to catch outside! I have officially parted ways with Lakehouse Music, and taken my album under my wing to bring it back to life. The talented audio mixer and master Jesse Donovan will be cleaning everything up and I’ll have a new projected release date for you all soon. Crazy enough, he’s also getting married in July – so we’ll just batten down the hatches and see what we can get done! In the mean time, be sure to check out some summer shows – I’ll be doing some solo, and some with others. I’ll be taking on some new covers, and presenting new original material as well. Thanks to those of you who have stuck with me – I know some of you were wondering if I’d disappeared. Not to worry though – I’m back, and 2014 promises many new beginnings. I can’t wait to share them all with you!!
